Mini Wedding Coordination

• 4 hours of onsite coordination on the day of the wedding. We will be there to coordinate the ceremony, grand entrance, cocktail hour, dinner, dances, and cake cutting (as time permits)

• 1 phone meeting the month of the wedding

• Planning questionnaire and ceremony planner

• Unlimited email contact one month prior to the wedding

• Manage and organize rehearsal 1 hour at venue

• Create customized timeline for your wedding day

• Assist bride, groom, and wedding party

• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party

• Troubleshoot when needed
