LisaMarie and Cory had such a perfect wedding day held at Gala Events and Sky Gardens. LisaMaria was a vision on her big day, and Sound Originals captured her, as well as the beautiful couple and entire wedding day, so beautifully. It was an elegant, simple, magical wedding day that we'd be a part of every single day. The venue located in Monroe, Washington has so much charm, that it would be hard to frown in such a sweet location.
The Gala Events and Sky Gardens venue has lots of hidden areas. Literally everywhere you turned there was a new path to a hidden area… it was SO COOL. The ceremony is set in a garden area that was so intimate, and had a lot of stone paths surrounding the area. The flower arrangements that Verbena Florals created added such a stunning touch to the entire wedding day. Not to mention, we had the opportunity to take one home, as she handed Melissa one at the end of the night... how sweet is that?
Dinner was in a greenhouse with a patio off the side and a large water feature. Dancing was in a big white tent and lots of areas for yard games that they had set up.
The bride and groom gave all of the guests Moscow mule mugs to use during the toast, which doubled as their favors!
Melissa's Favorite Moment:
"My favorite moment of the entire day was the brides grandmother. She was very direct in our conversations and during dinner she wanted her meal made for her which of course I accommodated. During dancing she was left alone so we went and brought her dessert (she wanted one of everything) so we snuck her a few options and napkins so she could take some home in her purse. Then while cleaning up we started to gather all the flowers that were in the vases and made her a large bouquet to take home. She was beaming and said she felt like a bride all over again. She then hugged us and said we did a great job. It was truly heartwarming!!"
Both Wedding Parties were a blast, and you could tell how much love they had for the bride and groom. From special family moments, to intimate moments held between Cory and LisaMarie, this gallery is quite perfect.
