Salish Lodge Wedding | Laura and Nicholas

We have a lot to say about this Salish Lodge wedding in Snoqualmie Falls... from the color scheme to the gorgeous bride and groom. From the venue, to the sweet moments shared between all of their guests at this intimate destination wedding... it was perfection. Laura and Nicholas hiked down to the most beautiful location, which Washington is actually known for! There's a 268 ft, waterfall, and it's nothing short of gorgeous.

You may be wondering what was on the menu, catered by Salish Lodge, themselves. For an appetizer they had Dungeness Crab and Corn Beignet Cakes with Creole Mustard Remoulade... yummy huh? They also had white cheddar Mac and cheese which is also known as Arancini with an amazing mushroom cream sauce. Lastly, their favorite, was the garlic crostini with grilled peach and honey ricotta. Our favorite too...

It was a plated dinner, and there were a few choices!

They were, Grilled Pacific Northwest Salmon, Pacific Northwest Beef Tenderloin, or Sweet Corn Risotto. We loved how they had options!

For cocktails, they had to go with a couple of signature ones! “Daisy” was a Salish Old Fashioned and “Lucy” was a Orange Margarita. They were named after their cats... how adorable...

To keep with the theme of amazing food, their favors were honey, which we LOVE. Raw honey? Yes please!

They danced the night away with a fantastic band, The Blue Wave Band, and their guests were definitely impressed.

Overall, between repurposing the arch as a backdrop for their sweetheart table, to the stunning floral arrangements and perfect touches throughout the reception, everything came together beautifully, and we are so happy that we had a big part of their big day!
