1. Your floral arrangements used for the ceremony.

This one is used very frequently because why not utilize your gorgeous floral arrangements for the reception, especially since the ceremony is usually very short. Do you have big altar pieces, or small bouquets lining the aisle? Use them as center pieces for your tables, or for an additional pop of color on the bar or buffet / drink table.

2. Using chairs for the ceremony and reception.

Does your venue charge for more chairs used? Why not utilize chairs that you used for the ceremony, for the tables in the reception area? This obviously adds a little extra to the day, but it can definitely save you money in the long run.

3. The Arch.

Did you get married under an arch? Place this, as long as it can be moved, behind you at your head, or sweetheart table! It adds more depth, and looks amazing in photos.

4. Welcome Table.

What if someone forgot to sign your welcome book? Bringing this table with a pretty arrangement on top can add another activity for people to do during cocktail hour, and it'll keep people in the reception area!
