• Up to 8 hours of onsite coordination the day of the wedding

• Access to personalize wedding management software 24/7.  This includes RSVP tracking, budget management, payment reminders, event calendars, seating charts, and vendor management

• 1 in person consultation at a mutually agreed upon place and 1 phone meeting the month of the wedding

• Unlimited email contact

• Planning questionnaire, ceremony planner, and decoration worksheet

• Cost saving tips

• Suggested vendor list

• Manage and organize rehearsal 1 hour at venue

• Double check the conditions of the venue contract are met

• Create customized timeline for your wedding day

• Develop wedding day itinerary for vendors and anyone assisting

• Organize and direct set up including decorations, place cards, programs, guest book, license, and rings

• Organize and direct clean up

• Assist bride, groom, and wedding party

• Pin on boutonnières and hand out VIP flowers

• Coordinate ceremony and reception activities

• Greet and direct vendors

• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party

• Troubleshoot when needed

• Organize guests for bride and grooms departure
