Jubilee Weddings and Events is a company specializing in wedding and event planning. We have done over 700 weddings giving us a lot of industry experience. Big or small we want to make your special day one to remember.

Jubilee Weddings and Events has always been a bit different when it comes to packages and pricing. Why?  Because every wedding is completely unique and you deserve more than a cookie cutter approach.  So, if you don't see something listed below that you require, just let us know. Chances are it is included within the items listed here already, but if not, no worries!

Mini Day of Coordination  $450

~1 in person consultation at a mutually agreed upon place and 1 phone meeting the month of the wedding

~Unlimited phone and email contact

~Manage and organize rehearsal 1 hour at venue

~Create customized timeline for your wedding day

 

Wedding day

~4 hours of onsite coordination on the day of the wedding.  We will be there to coordinate the ceremony, grand entrance, cocktail hour, dinner, dances, and cake cutting (as time permits)

~Assist bride, groom, and wedding party

~Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party

~Troubleshoot when needed

***This package is perfect for brides that want a professional to run all the important parts of the wedding, but do not need a set up or tear down crew.

Day of Coordination  $750

~1 in person consultation at a mutually agreed upon place and 1 phone meeting the month of the wedding

~Unlimited phone and email contact

~Manage and organize rehearsal 1 hours at venue

~Double check the conditions of the venue contract are met

~Create customized timeline for your wedding day

~Develop wedding day itinerary for vendors and anyone assisting

~Organize and direct set up including decorations, place cards, programs, guest book, license, and rings

~Organize and direct clean up

 

 

Wedding day

~8 hours of onsite coordination on the day of the wedding

~Assist bride, groom, and wedding party

~Coordinate ceremony and reception activities

~Greet and direct vendors

~Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party

~Troubleshoot when needed

~Organize guests for bride and grooms departure

Silver Package $2000

Includes all the day of coordination plus the following

~3 in person consultations at mutually agreed upon place

~Customized budget

~Site research and visits

~Vendor research

~Vendor contract reviews

~Planning checklist

~Deliver final payment to vendors and tips

~Create floor plan

~Place rental order

~Create timeline

~Final venue walkthrough

~Contact and confirm all vendors and timelines (one week prior)

~Ensure all gifts are collected and given to designated party

~Guidance w/ etiquette and other formalities

Gold Package $3000

Includes everything in the day of coordination and silver package plus all the following

~4 in person consultations at mutually agreed upon place

~Develop theme and wedding design

~Save the date design and addressing

~Invitation design and addressing

~Help create and put together wedding favors

~Management of the guest list

~Develop seating chart

~Develop escort cards and table number design

~Attendance to 3 bridal appointments (florist, photographer, bakery, etc)

~Catering assistance and menu selections

~Book bridal appointments

Platinum Package $4000

Includes everything in the day of coordination, silver and gold package plus all the following

~5 in person consultations at mutually agreed upon place

~Arrange hotel accommodations for out of town guests

~Set up welcome packets for out of town guests

~Tear down of event and thorough venue clean up

~One coordinator at all bridal appointments with confirmed vendors

~10% off any rented decoration items
